Ok well I'm paid rather well. BUT school likes to lump everything together all at the last moment. It is really troublesome.
Yesterday I worked on the pass at work. Relaying food and all that Jazz. It was pretty simple, it does have a bit of a learning curve, getting use to dealing directly with the chef and the servers. it was massively dead though. The weather became absolutely miserable so nobody wants to come out to eat.
I wish I had my xbox since Super Street Fighter 4 came out, but I guess I will have to wait until I get home when everyone is already really good at the game.
I am getting really tired of riding the bus for up to 4 hours a day. Can you imagine just sitting there waiting for the bus, then sitting on the bus waiting to get to the next bus, sitting waiting for that bus, sitting and waiting on the bus to finally get to where I need to go. I feel like I am losing it. The only reason I am still putting up with it is because I am saving massive amounts of money on food and rent. That money is going to Annie and my upcoming trip and also my safety net when I get back home and don't have a job.
Speaking of jobs, I'm not just sitting around on my butt. I have sent in 2 or 3 resumes while sitting on my butt.

I know what it's like to spend around 3 hrs a day, between the Metro, and walking, for a commute. It's not quite 4, but I feel for you. *hugs*
ReplyDeleteAt least yours is always worth it. If I show up to the dance studio, and the hall is closed for some reason, I'm out 2 hours. XD
Back in the early days of Penn before the bus ride revamp, I rode the bus for a total of 3 hrs a day, so I can imagine your pain. Maybe you can find fun things to do on the bus, like.... IDK?
ReplyDeleteTake pictures of crazy people and send them to subwaydouchery.com or something!
