Wildlife Refuge

When Irma and Lorenzo picked us up we went to a wild life refuge. It was really cool. Unlike a zoo, there were places where the animals are just roaming around outside of cages. We got to pet kangaroos and koalas. Koals are SOOOOOOOOOOO lazy. They barely move when eating. We fed some kangaroos and then some Emus came over and started stealing the food.

We got to see alot of the birds of Australia. Kukaburras are smug birds. you could practically poke them with sticks and they just look at you with this glare like "uh.. what are you doing?"

Annie's favorite animal is the wombat. Its like half pig half stuffed animal with short thick fur. My favorite was the Dingo, it was really majestic looking for a dog. Lean but this wolf like quality to it. They had several albino animals including albino kangaroo and albino peacock. The peacock doesnt make ANY sense but whatever.

Australia also has these batlike things called flying foxes. They aren't bats, they are visual vegetarians. Their heads look quite literally like fox heads.
